Color Base Twinkle X is a unique collection of soft base coats with micro-shimmer and glitter flakes that add depth to the shades. All colors cover the free edge of the nail. Medium consistency, leaning toward liquid, ensures comfortable application and easy self-leveling. Glitter flakes do not stick out after curing. The base is plastic and reinforcing, with medium acidity (pH 4). When applied very thin, the base will be more transparent and less saturated.
