Return Policy

At Babenko Brand, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unused tools or equipment in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.

Conditions for Return:

1. Unused and Unopened: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

2. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

Exceptions:

• Final Sale Items: Certain items, such as clearance or final sale products, are not eligible for return.

• Used Items: Items that have been used or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.

• Non-Returnable Items: Gel polishes, gels, bases, acry-gels, top coats, primers, and bonds are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at return@babenkobrand.ca to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If the item meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
