Color Base Twinkle S is a collection of soft base coats with micro-shimmer, giving shades a refined, elegant look. All colors are dense and fully cover the free edge of the nail. Medium consistency ensures comfortable application and easy self-leveling. The base is reinforcing, neither too soft nor too hard. Medium acidity (pH 4). When applied very thin, the base will be more transparent and less saturated.
